To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the reader. For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the reader.

Paying in apps and on websites

Apple Pay is the easier, faster way to pay in selected apps and on participating websites because you no longer have to create an account or fill out lengthy forms.*

To pay in selected apps and on participating websites in Safari on your iPhone and iPad, select Apple Pay at the check-out and complete the payment using Face ID or Touch ID.

To pay on participating websites in Safari on your Mac, select Apple Pay and complete the payment using your iPhone or Apple Watch. On Mac models with Touch ID, pay using Touch ID on the Touch Bar.

I’m having trouble adding my Ultimate Gift Card to my mobile wallet

Apple, Google, and Samsung Wallets have limits to the total number of cards a user can have in their wallet at any one time. These companies have their own security process that may stop a user from being able to add a card to their digital wallet. Ultimate Gift Cards has no control of these security protocols put in place by Apple, Google, or Samsung Wallets.

The Add to Mobile Wallet function is not working, how can i add my eGift to wallet?

For Ultimate eGift Cards to add your card to Apple, Google or Samsung Pay wallets, use the ‘add card manually’ feature on your device’s digital wallet, enter the Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV of your card, and then the name, address and telephone number used for your card’s registration. We are actively working on resolution to the ‘Add to wallet’ feature and hope to have fixed soon. We apologies for the inconvenience

How do I add my Ultimate Gift Card to Apple Pay?

Adding your card to Apple Pay is simple.*

Here’s how to get started.

  1. On iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap the “+” sign.

Can I add multiple Ultimate Gift Cards to Apple Pay on my device?

Yes, you can add multiple eligible Ultimate Gift Cards to Apple Pay on compatible devices*. You can also add your Ultimate Gift Card to multiple Apple devices.

I’m having trouble paying with my Apple, Samsung, or Google mobile wallet, what should I do?

Make sure the card details are correct by double-checking that what you’ve entered exactly matches your card number, expiry date and CVV. If you still can’t complete a contactless payment, try again with the below tips or reach out to the wallet provider directly for further assistance.

i) Make sure your phone is awake and unlocked.
ii) Hold your phone in a different way. Your NFC antenna could be near the top or middle of your device.
iii) Hold your phone closer to the payment reader.
iv) Hold your phone close to the payment reader for a few more seconds.

How do I add my Ultimate Gift Card to my mobile wallet?

Ultimate Gift Cards can be added to your Apple, Samsung, or Google mobile wallet. To add your Ultimate Gift Card to your mobile wallet follow the steps below:

 

Add your eGift to your Mobile Wallet

  1. Click on the eGift link sent to your email.
  2. Fill out the registration form to activate your eGift.
  3. Go to the Wallet app on your mobile device.
  4. Click on the plus icon.
  5. Select Debit or Credit card on the next screen.
  6. Enter your card details from your eGift.
  7. Your card has now been added to your mobile wallet.

 

Add your Physical Card to your Mobile Wallet

  1. Go to the Wallet app on your mobile device.
  2. Click on the plus icon.
  3. Select Debit or Credit card on the next screen.
  4. Enter your card details.If your Expiry or Valid Thru date is not printed on the card, please see below:
    • For physical Ultimate Gift Cards, your online shopping card expiry is 12/29.
    • For digital Ultimate eGift Cards, please check the expiry on your eGift.
  5. Your card has now been added to your mobile wallet.
